Philips AC4072 38-Watt Air Purifier (White)

Happy bought it.Air quality sensor gives visual indication of quality of air we are breathing in. It can detect even masala and chilli being used in kitchen. It is over 4 months now, and it is working fine. Unit came with an air filter and clear instructions on how to set it up. Works fine in a large room especially if windows/doors are closed. Obviously with open room, the air it cleans mixes with constantly coming dirty air so effectiveness reduces. Easy to operate, mostly we never take it off Auto mode and it keeps working as it should. My child's sleep quality has improved since we have started keeping filter in the room. Allergy related issues have also reduced.Although after 2 months it did give indication to replace filter, I just took it out, visually inspected, dusted and reinstalled it back with AQS reset. Its working fine since then.

Good . In just 15-20min u can start feeling the difference. Delivery as usual on time . product is just plug and play no issue. Its really worth.

The filter worked GREAT... for a while. 2 months is all the filter lasted. Yes, I use it in the most polluted city in the world, Delhi, but still 2 months?! And that was even before winter began and the pollution got really bad!Now I'm wondering whether to throw good money after bad and keep buying replacement filters every few months.Supremely annoyed with Philips AND Amazon for selling junk like this...

It's good product but I am concern about its maintainace.

Its amazing product. It's a pollen season at our place and lot of pollen falls from trees .My brother was having a bad time controlling his Asthma due to high amount of pollen in air. He is now feeling better after using this at home and office.

Pretty good filter has two filters one for dust and another is an Hepa filter. I am using for 4 month for around 8-10hours daily no major issues works ok in most polluted city Delhi. Just press filter reset button given on the filter (need to search inside side grill), no need to change filter often.

Prompt delivery. Product works very well for clearing the cigarette smoke and odour from the room.

The unit arrived without the HEPA filter despite the manual clearly listing it as present and stating "The appliance comes with all filters fitted inside". I now have to go through the rather painful process of having Amazon check any replacement unit would have the filter installed as they cannot send me out a filter on it's own - probably because they seem almost impossible to buy. I wonder if the person who reviewed it to say it was on purple even 12 hours after turning it on noticed there was no filter inside - maybe that's why air purity is not improving?
