- Packaging is good, - Email support is good
Came in well packaged.Everything works but I have questions regarding the infinity thing and fans:- How do I turn on the infinity thing,- and how to control the top fans (the fan controls do not work and the fans are ve-e-ry loud).Update:The support team was very helpful. Was able to adjust the fans speed. Was able to turn on the case rgb.The front fan controls do not work though. The adjustment is done through bios. The case fans themselves are definitely not quiet, thinking of replacing them. Also thinking of replacing stock cpu cooler and adding some sound dampening material to the case. The gtx1080 is msi armor, does not have the backplate, noticed a little bend on the far sight of the pcb (or it's just me).Have put support on that side, so that there is no bend and in the future it would not bend too.Overall:- Packaging is good,- Email support is good,- PC runs as expected and I'm satisfied with the performance. On the downside:- Fans are not exactly silent (had to put the case fans to 10% pwm and 4v dc to make the noise acceptable)- msi armor edition "bends" with no backplate (am concerned with it's durability, had to put support for that)

BE CAUTIOUS. THEY USE CHEAP PARTS.
The only reason this computer doesn't get 1 star is because they gave me a full refund. This computer performed as expected for 2 weeks. After playing the new Assassin's Creed game for a few hours, the computer blue screened for Kernel Security Check Failure. After replacing both RAM sticks and the SSD, I decided it wasn't worth my money anymore. I even went as far as completely wiping the computer and installing windows fresh on it, but to no avail. The computer would blue screen in the middle of installation, which suggests that the issue was with the motherboard. Which also is no surprise. They used the cheapest, most terrible motherboard I've ever seen try to pass off as a gaming motherboard. Obviously meant for a mATX build (2 slots for RAM, 1 slot for gpu). It doesn't surprise me if the motherboard wasn't good enough quality to perform with the other components.Steer away if you can. It's not worth the money or the wasted time waiting for the refund.

No worries, great machine.
I've had this PC for a week now and so far it's great. It's very fast so that that gives me more time to do other things. I'm not wasting 5 minutes here and there waiting on my PC to boot. Performance on video games has been awesome. I've owned several Alienware machines over the years, this one beats them all. Very fast shipping, easy setup. Windows 10 key is on sticker attached to backside of pc. I like the small size of the unit. Easy to move. Very pleased.

15% restocking fee when i return product???!!!
The gaming pc was good, cheap parts, but it was good I guess. but I wanted to return it because I wanted to build my own pc to then come to find out that the company keeps 15% of my money for a restocking fee????? The PC had no defects, I got that confirmed. And I ended up $200 short because they want to keep a profit even though I returned the entire pc, with nothing missing. What a joke.

Great value, solid design, good looks, excellent cooling, note: appears to lack bluetooth and wifi.
This was a well-designed, bargain-priced, gaming computer. This product exceeded my expectations. CUK delivered a well packaged and well-designed high performance computer for $800. My son and I are quite satisfied with the price/performance value. I think it looks great too. The only small 'ding' would be the user login was still set to the technician who set up the computer (presumably) but customer service was fast and helpful so that was a quickly resolved issue. Also the computer does not appear to have bluetooth or wifi capability on-board, but my son prefers wired connections for gaming so this is not an issue for us.

SCREAMING MACHINE
Ordered this box with a 256M SSD and a 1080 video card. Its a screamer. Very quiet, VERY fast. The smaller case is very welcome in my tight space. CUK seems to know what they are doing and I recommend this customizer with all confidence.September update - I have had this computer for about 5 months and it has not failed. I have heard the video card fan a couple of times, but that is usually when my games are loading all new content. Games are generally running at 100fps. At worst it is running at 70fps. This machine is a keeper and I would not hesitate to order one again.

I'm glad I didn't get the Armor as the reviews are ...
Extremely well built. Quality and care can be seen when inspecting it closely. My first order was destroyed by UPS but the second one came in undamaged. I did notice the first GPU was a decent Zotac 1080ti but when I returned it; the GPU was an MSI GTX 1080TI Aero. Additionaly, I received an instruction manual for an MSI GTX 1080TI Armor. I'm glad I didn't get the Armor as the reviews are not good for that GPU. Overall I am very satisfied with CUK and will always buy from them as long as they put out these great deals!

Good Gaming Desktop, but...
My son loves this computer. The only issue is that there is only one HDMI port, so if you plan to do dual monitor or use a VR system, you will have to use one of the other video ports and hope your device supports it or you will need an adaptor.
