Morphy Richards 48822 Soup Maker - Black

This soup maker does a good job. The so called "chunky" soup option is a bit of a joke as it essentially means it doesn't use the blender and the chunkiness thus depends how fine you chop the ingredients!Once I got that out of the way and just use the blend option it does a good job. Including a potato to thicken the soup is a good idea, or I use potato starch powder mixed in with dry ingredients before adding the water. Use plenty of vegetables for the best results and you then get a good thick soup.I'm enjoying it so far!

Makes great soup's in 20 minutes. Very pleased with product.

This soup maker is Brilliant. Soup is made in 21 mins . I’ve made potato &leak with 2 veg stock cubes . Broccoli & Stilton one potatoe 2 veg stock cubes . Always fill water to max or just under . Put the water in after ingredients not before . Perfect soup every time.

Works good for making smooth soup if you want chunky soup you need to cut small chunks yourself as it does not cut i pieces ; I found cleaning it tricky as both the top and bottom part have electric connections I cannot rinse it under tap , always need to avoid splashing water on electric connection part; tried blending vegetables again my blender is much better for that, overall good for making soup , did not try it for juicer function.
