Received damage product
Dear Amazon Customer Support,I recently received a defective Faber Air Fryer through your platform. The product has a significant dent on its body, and heat is escaping due to a gap in the doors, making it unsafe and unusable.To confirm the issue, I even called a Faber demo engineer, who inspected the unit and clearly stated that it is defective and not suitable for use.Therefore, I request an immediate return and refund for this faulty product.Additionally, I would like to highlight a serious concern regarding product quality control on the platform. It appears that some sellers are sourcing defective units at low prices and selling them through Amazon, which severely affects customer trust and safety.I sincerely urge Amazon to take strict action against such sellers and ensure that quality standards are upheld to protect customers from similar experiences in the future.Looking forward to a quick resolution.

Unique product
Unique product combining air fryer and Oven, saving space. It has several features and choices. The capacity is larger than traditional air fryers and easier to handle. The electronic display is useful and easy to read. The double door feature saves space and easier to operate, but the right one has some mechanical issue as it does not open perfectly unlike the left one. There is also a gap between the doors when closed letting hot air to escape.

Service guy asking for warranty card, amazon warranty card/bill not being accepted
There was no warranty card inside the box. The product also malfunctioned after 4 to 5 times of usage. Not so strong product as Philips. Faber build quality is also very poor. The warrant card & bill provided by amazon is not being accepted by Faber service guy, they are saying they need the warranty card, but I wasnt provided any warranty card. Please help me I am in distress, I feel my 11,000 rupees went for a total loss due to mismanagement by Amazon & Faber guys.
