Highland Croft - Terrific Tablet from Scotland 125g

I grew up in Scotland and always loved the tablet there. When I came to England I could not find it in the usual sweet shops until I discovered Thorntons. Then used to buy it there and get huge amounts to take to my sister in the USA every Christmas. Now I cant get Thorntons I came on Amazon to see if there were alternatives and after reading various reviews decided to try Highland Croft - I have now had three lots of this Highland Croft tablet and just love it - its got the crumbly feel to it that distinguishes it from fudge. and just the right amount of sweetness. Might be a bit expensive to take large amounts to USA - used to get three packets for price of two at Thorntons.

Very ordinary, not as good as main supermarket options and overpriced (my view) for what is a mundane run of the mill product. Would not buy again and won't finish this carton as it's just not got the depth as most tablets you can buy. Disappointing as it was bought as the last sugar product I will be eating for 12 weeks.

The product is great. Tasty. But the box is tiny. I know its clearly labelled as 125g but I was expecting something that looked a bit bigger!!! The picture gives the impression of a flat square box, not a cube box.

More expensive than the tablet I usually get i was hoping for a more luxurious experience. Goes to show not always more expensive equals better. I'll stick with my considerably cheeper brand.

My order was thrown over my gate which happens to be pretty high,! The box was damaged and the boxes with the tablet in was torn and shabby! I was bitterly disappointed as it was a very special birthday treat. The tablet was delicious I was told. But please package the lovely order more thoroughly as I would order more for gifts if I knew everything was worth buying thankyou Jeanette barnett

Tablet tasted great, but not a lot in the box so pretty pricey in my opinion. Boxes were both damaged so not really suitable for a gift.

Bought as a gift so no idea about taste.The size is clear in blurb but still seems incredibly small but, then again,it is cheap. Packing looks good and did arrive promptly.
