Does what it's supposed to do, cheap to buy. Bought it 4 years ago and it's still working and in great condition. Tray for the washing powder/condition is removable (in cases like me you didn't know). After each wash I pull up the rubber seal to help the water drain and leave the door open, never had any mould.

Excellent delivery by AO and have found this washing machine to be a quality product and so easy to use. The drain hose does not fit the under sink drain trap inlet very well without adjustment and fixing with a tie wrap/jubilee clip.Amazon your tracking system still shows the item as running late although I received the item very quickly?

It's a good machine

I love this washer, I only do the 15 minute it says 30 degrees but it doesn't get warm it feels cold, but my washing is great lovely and clean and soft I only use liquid Wash and a bit of softener, does any one know if it's right to be cold.

So far tried a couple of washes and all seems good. Not noisy at all in fact really quiet and quick. looks good as well. Good for just the two of us but for a bigger family would opt for the bigger drum

Brought this washing machine in April 2020..has been an excellent washer until this month(September 2021) washer had been making awful noise so had a look and the concrete block(counter weight) had broke in two ...contacted the company was no help gave me manufacturer number and they was no help either wanting to charge me £169 call out and repair ....really disappointed with Overall customer service from both sides ...result ended up buying a new washer...certainly not electra!!

Very good value. Arrived much earlier than expected. Needs extra spin on quick wash otherwise perfect.
