I bought this because my 2 month old is like a portable furnace and was miserable after 5 minutes in his car seat. This definitely makes all the difference for short car rides or driving around locally. He doesn't fuss anymore for those drives. We did have a 5 hour car ride recently to really test it and his cotton onsie was working against the moisture wicking material of the pad so we took it off. We placed a small thin blanket over him and he slept happily for 3 hours. I couldn't believe it. Yes his back was hot by the time I took him out but he wasn't sweaty at all. On the trip back home we started him out the same way but he did start to cry again about 3 hours in to the trip. He was hot but not too sweaty. He was very comfortable up until that point. I am so happy that he is so comfortable for as long as he was even though I do know we will have to stop every 2 to 3 hours to air out his back a little.

Great, cute star design and color scheme. The pad fit my infants carseat well and as advertised. It's made of a foam, waffle-like material and is lightweight.We've been using this pad in my baby's travel carseat (4mo) for about 2 Summer months . I do believe that she is cooler since removing the infant insert that came with the carseat, but I'm not sure if this pad actually makes her cooler. If I were rating actual performance - I'd give it a 3/5. If I'm rating Peace of mind - 4/5.

This seems to have helped. My infant was always soaking wet from sweat and hated his car seat. We bought this because we were doing a 6-8 your car trip. We also bought a good fan. He did much better in his car seat the whole trip. He is about 6-9 month size at 3 months so the straps in the car seat are at the top, Britax infant seat. I’m not sure if this would fit well if the straps were any lower.

I love the product! Exactly what we needed for our long road trip. Other reviews said that the product was scratchy, but I don’t believe that it was that scratchy at all the baby did not mind it and it was very soft. I love the colors and it fits into our infant car seat perfectly. I will say that our baby is almost 4 months old and we have already removed the newborn insert from the car seat and believe that this added Patti would have been way too thick.

Great for summer!! Took our 3 month old on a very long trip during the hottest summer and it kept her cool. Before we purchased this, the seat would always be so hot and she would feel warm. We did have a little diaper explosion and it was a little tough to get out so took off one star. Overall excellent purchase.

This has been great so far. It fits in our Bob stroller and we have used it several times. My baby is comfortable, and it keeps her dry.

It seems to help keep my sweaty little girl dry. She feels warm but no more sweat, definitely going to purchase the toddler size once she out grows this infant size.

It fits my baby's Nuna pipa carseat. My baby doesn't get sweaty with this seat liner. Just as expected. Happy with purchase.
