Safety Hazard. Poorly built bike (and battery).
The media could not be loaded. I would strongly recommend not getting this bike. Definite safety hazard. I NEVER leave comments, but I've gotten hurt riding the bike and from the bike itself for it's shotty craftsmanship. The break system is terrible, as you need a lot of pressure to stop. The breaks themselves aren't made for the weight of the bike and momentum of the bike if you're riding "fast". The bike doesn't ride fast, as I've had friends in Lime scooters pass me by (I weigh 180lbs). The bike accelerates really slowly. The battery system is terrible as well. I live 7 minutes from school and only use it for school (when I use it). The battery goes down so much after 3 trips (there and back). Don't trust the battery to go more than 3 or 5 miles. I bought the extra battery and and it literally went out after 1 ride. it started to work again after I charged it, but the charge goes out faster than the original battery. I went through a pothole and that left the handle bar in opposite direction of the wheel. I've tightened the kickstand and handle bar MULTIPLE times, and it still loosened. I got hurt from the loose kickstand as well. I'm writing this so yall don't make the same mistake I did. I can't even sell the bike away in good conscience. If shipping it back wasn't so difficult and expensive, I would have returned it. Shop safely everyone.

It's pretty good
Battery range is relatively short and onboard speedometer only displays in metric, but it works well enough.

It Is a very comfortable bike for riding distance.
Again, I like the comfortability of the bike, but it does need stronger tubes. Iâd like to upgrade to the puncture proof tubes.

Quality Control Issues, Customer Service Issues
I purchased two of these bikes on another product page from RidingtimesStore. That product page is now broken. I assembled one bike without issue. The second bike featured such wonders as a loosely soldered throttle as soon as constructed. The QC choice of using the tiniest bit of hot glue to secure the solder joint to the circuit throttle control seems to be very lazy and reckless.Upon discovering this, i contacted Amazon for a return, but noticed the product page had amazingly disappeared and the bikes i had purchased for 899$ USD each had jumped to 1200$ each! I still asked for a refund and left comment that i either wanted a replacement throttle or a replacement bike.48hrs they had to respond and i received... No response! It's been well over that now, more like 120hrs.Still no responseSo i found a replacement throttle on amazon and it works. So...This is a risky product to purchase. The Quality Control is lacking, the Customer Service is non-existent-- but, the product is powerful and due to how the world is, one can hack it back to working. Especially since the retailer and the distributor are both unable to it seems do their due diligence.TLDR: eBikes are fun. If you buy this, Hope you like Hacking/DIY bc QC poor! I question the new price. This is also a bike branded as IDPOO elsewhere.
