Aesthetically pleasing, but not working correctly
The media could not be loaded. Looks great, fits great, screen doesn't work, I was digging and found that you need software for the screen to work. ? Yet to try and access the website to download the software since it is not an company in the US, it's blocked, can't even go to the site to attempt to download, so the screen showing the temperature and features is useless, that's the only reason I bought it.

Good product - bad software
Just finished throwing this in my system. Looks great and working well. However - after installing the software the display shows 00 degrees Celsius. It's not receiving temperatures. I can successfully display usage which is nice but temp display was really my goal here.Updated to say I rolled back from their 2.23 software to 2.2 and solved the problem of not displaying temperatures.Core temp shows 34 degrees idle. Under full load I've climbed up to 76 degrees. It's a Ryzen 5800x so they are known to run a little on the warmer side.All in all a massive improvement over the air cooler I had previously. Just wish the display worked as advertised.Updated - I solved my display problems and I am happy with the product. Their software, website, and instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired for their English customers. The manual is only in Chinese, the manual page on their English website is blank, the video page is blank, the software page only has 2.23 which doesn't work. I stumbled upon 2.22 to solve my problem by accident. The cooler works fantastic. Just wish they'd fix their most recent software and provide language localization for English.

It works straight out the box but missing hardware.
It works well but missing hardware but I had some extra screws laying around so no big deal but if I didn’t it would have been disappointing.

Not good at all
Had to change it completely and buy a different one. Due to the fact the the temps are to eradic and worse is the fact that you cant get the led screen to work. Because the software is shady and the website can be accessed. Honestly 0 stars if i could

Had to replace
Amazon replaced this for me as the screen didnt work. Instructions are in Chinese so not much help there.

Al principio no funcionaban pero contacte con el vendedor medio el software y hay mismo quedaron aunque aparece como un virus y es algo frustrante tener que iniciar la aplicación cada vez que inicio el pc pero por ahora funcionan.
