Great set
My son loved building this. Easily fits onto the other Ninjargo city set. Looks great.

If you have Ninjago city, just buy it already
Fantastic build, packed with fun references and features, my favorite being the working drinks vending machine. It’s maybe a little on the pricey side (yeah, I know the price per part is excellent, but a lot of those are tiny parts, so you’d expect that). While it’s a good set in its own right, it’s really meant to go with Ninjago city, and that’s when it excels. I love that everything lines up nicely, whichever orientation you put the two sets in.

Challenging model but rewarding......careful if you ask Lego for a missing piece, do that more than once and you get banned for life, no right of reply, no redress.....shocking behaviour from a company such as Lego

A really nice set, but not as good as the main Ninjago City set
Don't get me wrong, the Lego designers have outdone themselves again, packed full and detail and play features, it truly is a beautiful set, maybe even out doing the Ninjago City set.But there is one major issue with this set. Unlike the City which kept you engaged throughout the build process. the city docks set, for the first part, dragged. The "docks" part of the build took six identical sub builds to create the affected, and the water affected, my god, the water affected, I felt like a good portion of my life was drained by that, some larger tiles could replace many of countless small black under tiles, something that could have saved my poor fingers.Overall the set is an excellent addition to the city, adding more life to an already good quality set. If you can afford both sets, I highly recommend you get them as they compliment each other excellently.If it wasn't for the life draining start to this build, it would be a 5 out of 5 for sure

Excellent set and connects brilliantly with Ninjago city
I love this set almost as much as i do my Ninjago city and the 2 sets pair elegantly. Good fun to build and some clever build techniques in use. Actually bought a second copy of this set to build my own extension to my Ninjago city in the same vein.
