Believe it or not, I think this stuff is best taken before bed. It seems to give me pretty vivid / lucid dreams. Easy on the stomach as well.

Saw the infomercial for this probably 8 years ago. The logic presented as to why this substance works was hard to ignore. Been taking it every since with only a few months off, during which I inevitably ended up being sick with one thing or another and having to go visit the Doctor. I always went back to taking 2 a day and stayed healthy while doing so. Placebo effect? Possibly but I'm not going to risk it and will keep taking it to be on the safe side

I took Coral Calcium for general health benefits and what I found after about 3 months was the brown spots on my face from too much sun were gone. My skin was much better overall. I told a friend about it and she said after 4 months, her constant yeast infections had stopped. I felt better in general and had more energy. I'm sure there are probably internal improvements as well but for my skin alone made it well worth taking.Don't stop after a few weeks. Give it time and you will see noticable differences.

These are my favorite vitamins, all my pets have become healthier, even my birds and me too. I have tried many, but this is my favorite, especially since the quality of the calcium is more bioavailable than most on the market. Barefoot has done his research and in my opinion only puts the best into his vitamins.
