My mom is getting knee surgery and is very unstable on her feet. I purchased this so that she will be able to hold on to something to support her so she has that little extra when standing or sitting.I've ordered other brands, but this one stands out among the rest. It is very well made, looks like quality, and it's stable.She said it was exactly what she needed, and gives me peace of mind that she's going to be safer and I won't have to run over to pick her up off the floor from losing her step when navigating the bathroom situation.It fits just right and can be adjusted for one's height, and width. It has a pouch on the side. I suppose that's a bonus, but if it wasn't there, one wouldn't miss it. At least that's my opinion. It is detachable. I suppose if it needs to be cleaned, it can be. I don't know if I'd leave it on there for sanitary reasons, but to each his own.I'm very pleased with this and if you are looking for something that's good quality, you won't regret getting this one.Honestly, I don't give 5 stars unless it deserves it, and this is a 5 star product.

I already have toilet seat risers for a couple of bathrooms but one bathroom already has an extra tall toilet. This Loyoda toilet rail stand is a perfect match because in this particular bathroom I don't have the need for an actual seat riser but having this stand for some extra assistance is very helpful. I like the styling of this particular stand, it's very similar to one of the seat risers I own and I feel like this style of frame is better quality than some of the others. The aluminum tubes of the framework feel like they are more substantial than others I've tried and when everything is fully assembled the frame work seems pretty sturdy. I'm around 220 pounds and it has been working well for me.

I got this for my mom to use when she is over. She's retired so she's over multiple times a week. I have a small half bathroom downstairs that this is used in. The assembly was done by my adult son. He put it together fairly quickly and didn't have any problems. The product description has an excellent video that shows you exactly how to assemble this. It's much easier to follow than the instructions. My mom has knee problems and her feet fall asleep quickly from neuropathy so it's difficult for her to get up from any low seat. This has been a great help for her. The arms are nicely padded for comfort. The height is easy to adjust. We didn't use the toilet paper holder or magazine holder because I have a wall mounted organizer within arms reach that already has both. I want her to feel as independent in my home as she does in her own. What appeals to me the most is that this isn't a permanent fixture. It can be easily folded and stored when not in use. The quality is great and it makes my bathroom a safer place. Five stars!

I have a family member who is temporarily disabled, and these type of rails really help with mobility and independence.Highly Recommended.

This is not nearly as stable as it should be since whoever would be using it really needs the stability to be able to sit or stand with confidence. I don't think it's going to fall over on anyone but I constantly have to readjust it after use.

This is a great product. It is well constructed and sturdy enough for most people. It performs the proper job of helping ensure safety to someone using the toilet who much have mobility issues.It was relatively easy to install, although the instructions leave much to be desired. It is adjustable, so it can be resized for big or small people. It does not attach to the toilet, so can actually be easily moved out of way is others want to use the toilet without.And it folds. How cool is that. It actually folds up, almost flat. It is almost like it is a foldable walker, and I imagine one can fold this item and pack it in the car to be used as a walker somewhere else.This works for us - we have it installed in our guest bathroom, where an elderly family is using while she recovers from hip surgery. It won't be used forever, but for now, it is just perfect - safety and security in a sturdy package. And when it will no longer be necessary to use, then It will fold up easily for storage.

I like that the width can be increased based on the needs of the user. In this case, it was set up at its smallest width and that is still plenty wide. I also like that the height can be adjusted to suit the user. We are counting on the physical therapist to guide that setting. Having the toilet paper accessible without rotating is beneficial, but I would have preferred it attached to the front of the handle instead of the back. It requires an awkward position to access. I also like that it can be placed on either side based on the users preference. The mesh bag is a convenient place for stowing wipes, creams, or anything else needed close at hand.Assembly was simple.
