It states this product is non-gmo, yet, one of the major ingredient listing there is "modified cellulose". isn't "modified cellulose" typical gmo?

I notice that Serateric is listed in "other ingredients, is that substance magnesium stearate?

I don't know. based on information from other answers on Amazon.
