I’m not sure how this is in the best section 🤨 .. just layers of fat! Not much meat very overpriced for what it is

This was a large serving for 1 or 2 small lunch servings, it's absolutely not worth the money. Just buy regular pork belly and slow cook it yourself. The sauce wasn't great and the cooking instructions are incorrect (that high a temperature would absolutely burn the top for 60 mins) I adjusted based off previous cooking knowledge and got most of the top crisp without over doing the pork underneath. It's 15 mins at the high temp then 180 for 45mins. Won't be buying again.

Where’s the meat?If you like crackling and fat save yourself a fiver and buy a packet of pork scratchings.You also need to consider the cost of cooking this and not really having a ‘full’ meal when you plate up!

Took the crackle off in the end, 90 mins later and nothing. Chewy meat and metallic tasting sauce. Awful quality and value. Also nowhere near big enough for 2 people unless you were raised in auschwitz
