firstly build quality is great i also bought theft protection and accidental damage protection for £40 and amazon prime coupon was 40 as well so i got the insurance for free a Bargain.the bike is smooth and amazing the speed is set at 16 MPH can be changed made it go up to 24 on private road of course.don't worry if the legal limit is 15.5 but there is a 10 percent margin or error in the uk speed limits so youll be i was never stopped even when i passed police cars so they don't care as it looks like a legal road bike anyways.battery is good so far been using it a lot and haven't charged it yet about 30 miles on it pickups great when you start the first pedal helps to get caught up with the traffic or oncomming cars. the bike itself is clean and stylish modern i like it unlike the other bikes which have the battery hanging out of them.just a reminder this one wont support any mobile apps i enquired Eskute about this sad to see this feature gone but really doesn't make a difference in the bikes performance.if your interested in setting up the password for the bike i recommend searching up the bike model and typing program settings on YouTube there is a good tutorial about it password setup and speed it also lets you change other settings but i wouldn't do that.you can add a throttle but there is no point to it to be honest also if you want to use cruise control just hold the minus button for 8 seconds its only 3-6 MPH very slow not convenient unless you off of the bike and want to roll it up a hill or something or in a public place with no bike path.Any questions just ask i know how it feels when you cant find an answer to things online.250 Miles Update*the bike had a flat tyre twice its bit more complicated to fix an ebike compared to a normal one but i managed to do it and the bike still runs perfectly i had broken off the ringer on the bike by mistake contacted support and they sent me a whole new brake because the ringer is included in it amazing support. other then that bike works great.
