Bad product
I bought it last 3 months ago. It is not powerful. After a few months, it stop working.

Great assist when cruising
I"m retired and living in Florida. I purchased this product to assist when going up hills and into the wind as I am experiencing knee issues. This product is perfect for this. Easy to set up and use . The phone app monitors your progress or is used to change the assist. To help reduce the strain on your body in moderate conditions on pavement, perfect.

Works but not too powerful
Its easy on and off and works pretty wellbut not very strong. However hit a bump and it pops off the tire, so a lot of fussing that shouldnt be. considering returnand refund.

It is not waterproof even though
Returning it,cause it is not waterproof, even though it says on Amazon it is. Once I received the product inside on the instructions it SAYS NOT WATERPROOF

It works great
All you have to do to solve the slipping problem is bang on it a couple Times lightly on the knob with a hammer to secure the lock, I was nervous at first, but overall I got it to go about 25 miles an hour
