I have a dslr sony a350 with sal55300 lens i take moon shots with. i think it's d-type model. will my lens fit this a100?

can the camera accept minolta rokor lenses

Minolta Rokkor Lenses had MC, or MD mountings (the lens should have these letters around the lens somewhere...usually after the focal length). These lenses will only fit the Sony Alpha 100 (or any Alpha series Sony) with an adaptor, of which many are available online, of varying quality, and some can be pricey. The Alpha 100 can use any Minolta AF lens however, and these are good quality, plentiful and cheap secondhand (even though the construction ...mostly from plastic...can seem a bit insubstantial). So, if you have Minolta Rokkor Lenses with and MD, or MC mount from the Minolta X-700, or SRT ranges or earlier, they will not fit the A100 without an adaptor.

Is there space for a tripod attachment, microphone and does it video?

You can use glue if you want, but there is a little female screw attachment that any tripod will fit right into no problem. I am not sure about video, as the later Sony models do have a video feature also I not so sure about a microphone attachment either. I mainly used it for photographs which it is perfect for. In fact a photo of a shuttle taking off shot by someone with an a100 made it into National Geographic.

Will a100 lens fit new a7r11.

The A100K was supplied with the SAL1870 and SAL18200, both lenses can be used with the A7RM2 but with a mount adaptor in between and based on the mount adaptor you're using there will be restrictions on shooting.
