Got this as a gift for my granddaughter and she loves it!! It’s bigger than I expected and good quality. Good value for money.

Arrived dinked / was supposed to be a present
The actual tumbler is lovely but it arrived bashed and as it was supposed to be a Christmas present I’ll be sending it back. It arrived as it is in a cardboard box.Maybe better packaging / a smaller box with bubble wrap would better suffice.EDIT: The replacement is brilliant, arrived in great condition and really looking forward to giving this to the recipient.

When it came the cup was much bigger than expected. It is such great quality too, well worth the money.

It leaks very easily
Very good design , keeps drinks hot for Atleast 4 hours but does leak very easily mainly because the lid doesn’t seem to fit properly .very expensive for what it is , isn’t very good quality for money .
