What a waste of money
This is probably the worst toaster I've ever used, I have had 2 of the cheaper versions in the past and been very happy with them, this one however - especially for the price is awful, it gets incredibly hot, on both the chrome and the black surround, the bread only toasts at the bottom so you have to constantly stand with the toaster to turn the bread to get an even colour, if you leave it for 2 minutes you'll have 1 lower half burnt and the upper no colour at all, I wish I'd been a bit quicker and sent it back!
