Before I start; I cannot speak for long term durability of this product as I have not had it long or used it much. But....I absolutely love it. Let me tell you why:1. I was looking for a backpack that was lightweight with a small footprint so that I can throw it in my suitcase, computer bag, car, etc. while traveling. I like to go on hikes and it's good to have a bag available at all times. This is better than I expected for that. This bag folds up nicely and tucks into the small carry pouch (included with purchase). Perfect!2. Design. The design is very minimalistic. It has the main pouch and a water bottle holder. There are no crazy compartments or extra zippers getting in the way. This works for me as sometimes I just want to be able to carry stuff without compartmentalizing. Excellent!3. Quality. The quality appears to be adequate. It's made of a ripstop type fabric. There are no signs of "bad" stitching, fraying, etc. It would have been nice to see double stitching where the straps attach; but I suppose single stitching is probably adequate for this bag since it really won't be carrying a lot of weight.4. Fit and comfort. There is plenty of adjustment in the straps to allow for use by people with big bodies and people with small bodies. The pack feels very light and comfortable when worn. When empty, you can barely tell it's there. With a hoody and a poncho in there it is still quite comfortable and barely noticeable. I think comfort is very important as I will not wear something that is uncomfortable. I WILL wear this and use it frequently.Summary: This is everything that I was looking for and expected. This backpack will travel all over with me and be my "go to" for hiking, amusement parks, the beach, markets/fairs, etc. It folds up small enough that I may even bring it to concerts so that it can hold the t-shirts, hats, and stuff that I buy so that I don't need to hold them. It is perfect to carry a jacket, a poncho, maybe even a change of clothes. I really hope that it holds up long term; we shall see. But even if it wears out in a couple years, it is reasonably priced and it would be worth purchasing another.

This is a Christmas gift. Will work fine for the hikes we take. Light weight and folds down.

My son used this backpack for Scout camp this summer and it was perfect. It's very lightweight and was easy for him to wear through the day. It was large enough for his swimwear and a towel, his waterbottle, and his scout book, with some room to spare. The straps aren't anything special so I wouldn't want to put anything too heavy in it b/c I'm afraid they would cut into the shoulders. But it was perfect for a 6 year-old to carry for a week. Once camp was over, I threw it into the laundry and then it folded up nicely to put away for the next trip to camp.

I was looking for a lightweight backpack to carry when I walked the dog and this came up in my feed. It's close, but not perfect for what I was looking for. However, the price can't be beat.Pros:- Waterproof material will keep your items dry.- Adjustable straps allow me to wear the backpack close to my body.- Lightweight and foldable for travel.Cons:- The pouch is separate, so if you plan on folding this regularly, know that you will need to carry the pouch with you and not lose it!- Just a single opening. The main backpack is zippered, yes, but there is just one compartment, so there's no easy way to organize your materials. I anticipate that I'll end up digging around frequently for what I am looking for.- Cannot be washed! The label says you should only wipe clean with a damp cloth. For a hiking bag, that seems like a bit con, given that you are out on potentially dirty trails and sweating up a storm!

This review is for the MOODONE lightweight packable 16L bag. This is a very basic, very lightweight bag. I got it as a replacement for those simple drawstring bags you might get as swag at conferences and such. I wanted something that I could wear while walking to the store and coming back with not too much stuff. This works well. It will hold a fair amount but it’s not super thick, so it will limit how much you can put in it. It packs away in a little drawstring bag, so it has an incredibly small footprint. It’s fairly comfortable while wearing, although the straps are not padded so again, you’re not going to want to put a ton of things in it. For a lightweight backpack to take some produce home from the grocery or go the library and get a few books, this will do well.

I was really excited to start using this backpack for hikes and errands around town, but the quality was a major letdown. The pictures make it look like a sturdy, well-made bag, but in reality, it’s the same thin nylon material as those basic drawstring bags. It feels flimsy and not durable enough for regular use. I’m honestly not sure if I’ll even use it. Very disappointing.
