To start. I could not get the ladder out o the box. I had my two gentleman neighbors come over.The 3 of us could not get it out of the box. One neighbor got his saw. We opened the box. Yay. If i have to return this , i don't know what will happen. This is very pretty for a ladder. Every thing was going smoothy - til i locked the top step. Then i couldn't unlock it to close it up. Yup. here come's the neighbors. they got it unlocked. It's light, so i can move it around easily. The steps are wide, i feel secure on them.They have a texture that give a little grip to the shoe bottoms. I'll see what happens for the next couple day days. I really need a ladder. One that i can use all by myself tho. ..

Great little step ladder
This thing is great. I’m not quite 600lbs so I can’t speak to the full limit but I’m a big enough guy and this little ladder felt rock solid under me. Perfect height for having around the house and folds away nicely. Easy 5 Star product in my book.

Good quality
This ladder has held up well to home use. We use it all over our home and for small jobs outside. I am a bigger guy and it has held up well to repeated use.

It’s handy and sturdy so far
The ladder is sturdy as it holds 600lbs. It’s still stiff and hard to open, but it’s new. I have used it often since I am 5’1. My daughter is 5’3 and it is sturdy enough to hold either of us and allow us to use cabinets over the stove and fridge safely. I do not feel that it will topple over. It comes fully assembled and fits between her fridge and wall. It’s handy so far.

Sturdy
The size and height makes it easier to access out of reach items. The sturdiness gives good balance so I feel safe climbing up or down. Easy to fold, unfold and store.

I would say it’s a well built ladder
You couldn’t beat it for the price and it says the steps will hold 400 pounds and I am 260 at 6 foot
