I don’t usually write reviews, but this pan seriously deserves the praise. The Bobby Flay x GreenPan reversible grill/griddle has completely elevated how we cook at home. The cast iron is beautifully made, you can tell it’s built to last a lifetime. It feels solid without being too heavy to handle, and the side handles give great control when moving it from stovetop to oven or even out to the grill.I love the versatility of the reversible design. One side is a grill with deep ridges that leave perfect sear marks (and keep food lifted out of excess fat), and the other side is a spacious griddle that’s been amazing for pancakes, eggs, and even smash burgers. It came pre-seasoned, so we just gave it a rinse and started cooking right away.The heat retention is next level, it gets hot and stays hot, which makes for incredible searing and browning. I also appreciate that it seems to get better with every use as it develops a natural nonstick surface. I’ve made everything from grilled veggies to steaks to weekend brunch on this, and it hasn’t let me down.If you’re looking for a piece you’ll use constantly and probably pass down someday, this is it. Highly recommend!

I purchased this cast iron reversible grill/griddle as a Mother’s Day gift, and it has exceeded expectations! The quality is excellent - very heavy, solid, and clearly built to last. The convenient side handles make it easy to move around. It has quickly become a staple for pancakes and eggs in the mornings, as well as burgers and grilled veggies at night. It holds the heat really well, cooks food evenly, and cleanup is super easy. Definitely a great buy if you want something that will last and works for all kinds of meals!

The description says it works on induction cooktops. I have a GE profile and it doesn't work

It’s large enough to cook for a crowd (perfect burgers on the grill side, and amazing pancakes and eggs on the griddle!), but not so big that it’s hard to fit on the stove or store. The size is just right.The value is outstanding—at this price, it’s a total steal compared to a regular cast iron pan. You get so much more surface area, and the reversible design makes it super versatile for breakfast, dinner, or even outdoor grilling. It heats evenly, holds heat like a pro, and is surprisingly easy to clean.I'm really impressed with Bobby Flay’s cookware, and this piece is no exception. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their stovetop or BBQ game. Don’t hesitate—this pan is a 10 out of 10!Just like my other cast iron, it’s super easy to care for. A little soap and water, let it dry, and every now and then I rub on a bit of oil and pop it in the oven. Honestly, it barely needs seasoning now because I use it so often. It's that easy to maintain and keep looking great!This is a quality product, great value, perfect size, easy to use!

Love that this piece is 2 sided! Flat on one side and like a grill surface on the other side.Nice and heavy! We just leave it on our stove top. We love using this for pancakes, eggs and grilling veggies and meat. Works great!Heat distribution is okay. I do notice that the temperature is not as consistent where it's not right over the burner, but overall works well!Easy cleaning!

I love this product! I am able to cook a large amount of food at one time making it easy to cook a whole dinner on this griddle. It is also very easy to clean. I think the quality of the product is amazing as it evenly cooks across the entire griddle. The griddle is pretty heavy but it is what I expected as it is a full cast iron griddle.
