I expected NEW but got OVERPRICED USED one
Apparently I got RachaelsGoPro. I need her pin in order to access through the phone app. I expected a NEW one not a used one for 299. The accessories are not worth it either. I completely feel like I got ripped off. There was no manual or documentation and items in the bags were taped shut with scotch tape. Maybe Rachael didn't want it but I didn't want Rachael's used product. Product was misrepresented and overpriced. Going on a trip and need to figure out how to get this to work because getting a new one in time for trip is not possible.

Be careful to make sure the bundle comes with what is in the picture.
Deceptive photographs of the bundle. Picture shows 13 accessories and box actually comes with 5. No pole, no case, no tether, no cloth.
