Warm furry
Product was easy to put together, perfect size and the insulation cushions were soft and comfy. The build was quite sturdy when built and the cushions can be washed easily . Great value for money.Good roof that can be lifted easily for cleaning.

Excellent
Good quality, quite easy to put together, so cosy and warm inside. My cats love it , it was for the strays and feral.

Looks stunning
Looks stunning however took me almost 3 hours to build it which is more than double what instructions said. The frustrating thing for each set of two pieces which needed screwing together, only one piece out of the two already had hole drilled in it. What's the point of taking the time to drill it, if the joiner who did it only did half the task. Hope our cat likes it

Desent Design, Construction Materials need Improvment
Whilst I like the design of this cat house, the materials and construction could do with some improvementsThe instruction are all pretty clear and easy to follow, and the parts are well labelled, meaning there's no guessing if this is the correct part, and there are the correct amount of screws, which are plated to prevent corrosion, so that is all good. Some of the wood however is poor quality, some of it had some minor cracks and scuffs, and the pre-drilled screw holes have been made after it was painted, meaning you have many entrances for water ingress to rot the wood.I also found whilst fitting the floor deck that the retainer bar underneath had been fitted out of line with the sleeping box below, which meant it would not sit flush. Hence I had to remove it and re-fit with the correct clearance. The two piece roof join is also not flush, meaning there is a gap and the edges were scuffed, again meaning an entry for water into the wood. I also didn't like the design choice for attaching the stairs, using the metal bar, which seems like a strange decision rather than using dowels. There are also no feet to keep it off the ground and prevent rot.Overall or £79 I am somewhat disappointed by the build quality of the product, it should be using higher quality wood and paint, and the screw holes should have been drilled after painting. As it is I plan to re-paint mine and put some feet on. The sleeping box is also not that attractive for cats as its dark and they don't know what's in there, so I'll probably fit some little perspex windows on the side. That said there are not that many cat houses of this design available, so this is probably the best of the bunch, just be aware you need to do a bit of DIY to make it the product it should have been to start with.

Cheap and flimsy
It doesn't feel sturdy at all. The floor doesn't fit inside properly and it's all splintery

Not at all as described
It is made of the softest flimsiest wood. The lining doesn't got to the top like in the images so there's an awful draft from the top. It's not heated, so the description is misleading. My cats hate it and won't go near it. It splintered in a couple of places too. I wrote to the seller, didn't get offered any solution. Wasted £85
