Amazing product!!
This Pan has been the best addition to my outfitting gear! I am a Registered Maine Guide and I purchased this on to host onshore meals to serve my clients and family and friends. It heats up quick and cooks fast and all at once. I can feed the masses with this and cook quality meals. Hell of a product! Makes double as a wake up gong when you have a heavy sleeper in your crew.

Big Family Fish Fry!
This is your pan! I use it outdoor on the camp fire. I can fit several fish at one time. have fed 8 people at one time and had to meter the fish input because I was getting to far ahead. Could easily feed 15 people off this thing. nice heavy gauge material and very sturdy handle. It does not come with bolts to attach the handle so go to the hardware store and be ready to get some.

When they say BIG they're not joking. This is awesome, my husband and his son cook the entire meal in this pan at our camp site. Folks are really shocked when they see how big it really is and they all want one. Extremely well made. Be prepared, it is heavy only because it is so well made and big. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

make sure you cure it properly
it's nice quality, the only thing missing on this unit was the two small bolts and nuts that hold the handle to pan

If you are looking for a large frying pan for you burner or pit buy it! You won't be disappointed!
Have had mine for about 25 years now and love it yet today. If you want a big frying pan for a gas burner or fire pit, where I have used mine on both this is a great frying pan. I bough two for my buddies last year, what a surprise for them. One was used that very day and throughout the weekend.

Shipped to me without a handle!!
Arrived just in time for our big camping trip, the day that we were leaving...opened up the box to season the skillet only to find that there was no handle in the box at all, and while the box could have been re-taped it appears that the box left the factory without the handle, what a disappointment! Useless for this camping trip.

I want to give it 5 stars but I cannot...
It arrived in a giant box with the handle detached. You’ll need a flat head screw driver to prevent the screws from turning as one tightens a wing nut (there are two) This is a great feature for camping situations and transport. The pan came with a write up on card stock that was cut out to the bottom of the pan. It had some info, how to season it and also a how to clean the pan appropriately. Please consider you may have a different experience than I, but I’m just reviewing this pan to help answer a question you may have.To begin, the wing nuts are always loosening on me it seems. It’s such a big pan that when you are shifting the weight, it’s playing with the screws and always seems that the handle is never “tight”. I believe it should be tightened well and remain that way till it’s disassembled (a slight design flaw).Another key aspect to this pan unfortunately is that the bottom is just not thick enough. When you put it over heat with a nice pool of oil, it is evident the oil is pushed to the outside in a doughnut fashion from the pan popping up (ever so slightly). I use it over a giant single propane burner, so those who use it over an open fire might not experience this.Lastly is the price. I considered two options when I was looking into 20-20.5 inch pans and it was between this one and a cast iron pan. The cast iron pan didn’t have a handle and was 20 inches, not 20.5inches. However, a cast iron pan are made thicker to distribute heat. For being almost the same price I personally would have gone with the cast iron looking back at it regardless of it being substantially heavier and not having a handle. For the price I wish they made the bottom of the pan thicker. All regrets aside, every time I’ve used this pan I haven’t been disappointed with the finished meals its provided. Everyone loves it.
