Not sure why but we got mice in our garage and then in our house this winter. First time in thirty some years. You have to buy enough to have one in each room/garage, but mice are gone. Does raise your electric bill quite a bit. Worth it to me. We couldn’t get rid of them with just traps.

This review is for the 6 Packs Ultrasonic Pest Control Repeller, Mouse Traps Indoor for Home Mosquito Repellent.... etc. I received them yesterday but opened them this morning. I've had good luck in the past with a similar but different product and because I couldn't find that one I selected this one. Unfortunately, ONE of the SIX does NOT light up when plugged into an outlet, no matter which one I use. Therefore, I am assuming that this one will not work. At $5.00 plus per plug in, that's too expensive to not expect it to work. Other than returning the entire package and starting all over again, what options do I have? Just be aware of one or more not working from the get-go if you purchase these.UPDATED REVIEW DEC 7, 2024The 5 of the 6 plug-ins that actually lighted up when plugged in, are still lit. However, I still have a couple of mice. In my opinion, either I have deaf mice or super-ultrsound-resistent-mice, or these do NOT work as advertised. I’m returning them while I still can.

Live in the country love these and I have had several versions over the last 20 years. I wish they were a bit smaller in size or offered a plug on the side but a effective. If you use any sort of plug ins for Air freshener or wax melts go with a different model these do make access to outlets limited.

Seems to be working perfectly!

I received the pack of six today after a few days of waiting and began plugging them in as advised. One plug was broken, the led wasn't lighting up and I heard rattling inside. I wrote Amazon/customer service and they said I would need to return all six (for an exchange) verses them sending me one replacement - which would make me wait for delivery yet again and take time to drive to a far away whole foods to return. It's a waste of customers' time for a defective product that they sent. I didn't accept a return for new pack so am stuck with a broken product in my 6 pack.

I had a couple mice that got into my pantry, so I cleaned up their mess and needed to make sure I never had to deal with that ever again. I have also had a few spiders here and there. I have an 1100 sq ft home and an attached one car garage. I used 5 of these plugs at once, more than the size of my house should ever need, and they do NOT work. Quite the opposite, it feels like something that’s inviting them in. Yes, I understand other factors invite mice, but we have been extremely cautious. What a waste of what could have been a wonderful product, UGH!

they simple do not work ...I wasted my money..I would like a refund as this is useless
