It’s amazing cooked our lounge right down we even had to turn it down because it got chilly

I chose this item on its statements that it was perfect for rooms up to 42m2, the BTU and the statement it was perfect for server rooms (which to me would suggest an even distribution of cool air). This item does none of these things! My room is about 35m2, and with it set to maximum power and the temperature set for 16oC, after many hours at full power it had only managed to reduce the room temperature from 24.5oC to 24oC. You could feel it blowing cool if you put you hand directly at the output, but as soon as you moved a meter away you couldn't feel anything, and certainly the room didn't get cool.The noise level was about what I'd expect for an air con of this size (and designed for quiet), it's not silent by any means, but it's not too bad.For reference, I am familiar with air cons, and yep the hose was outside etc etc. I've included this statement, because when you read some reviews I know you wonder if they follow the basics, so yep, I know how they are supposed to work

If you’re not using it at night it should be ok. It doesn’t the job quite well but the noise level is quite high. So if you’re a light sleeper, forget it

Although the air conditioner seems ok, the remote control broke after 2 weeks. The display went off and thats it. Didn’t fall or anything. Real shame for that price!

Didn't work.Over iced.The real issue is the shocking customer service at appliance direct. Took a week to reply to any emails.Gave conflicting advice, refused to collect broken unit at first.I'm now fighting to get a refund.Useless company & useless product.

The exhaust tube is too short to be able to put through most windows

Awesome product, saved me during the hot nights, money well spent

The unit is very noisy, and the exhaust pipe is not long enough.
