Home made gin
Here's the recipe.Ingredients2 cups vodka2 tablespoons juniper berries1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds1 teaspoon chamomile1/2 teaspoon lavender3 cardamom pods, broken1 bay leaf4 allspice berriestwo 4-inch pieces of grapefruit peel, with no pithProcedures1Combine the vodka and juniper berries in a sealable glass jar and steep for 12 hours.2Add coriander, chamomile, lavender, cardamom, bay leaf, allspice, and grapefruit peel. Seal jar and shake, then let steep for an additional 36 hours.3Strain out solids through a strainer lined with cheesecloth, then strain through cheese cloth again into desired bottle. Store at room temperature for up to one year.

Nice addition to a Gin & Tonic. Remember to only use the peel of the lemon in your G&T and not the fruit as this will kill the gas in the drink
