VitamaticAkkermansia Muciniphila Gut Health - 100 Gram Powder

I learned about this powerful supplement from watching a video by a gut doctor. I can’t swallow pills so very happy to find a powder form. My body was out of balance and inexperienced a lot of pain from bloating. This alleviated my symptoms.

Seems effective, happy gut, mixes easy with water or whatever else, good value.

It's too early to tell but it does seem to have helped. I'll update this after I've had enough time on it to know if it works for me.

This gut health powder comes in an air tight bag with a small serving measurement spoon, it's a bit difficult to reach into the bag so put the powder in a separate container. The powder mixes easily in your morning coffee or tea or even just plain water, whichever your preferred beverage is in the morning or evening. The powder seems to be nearly flavorless in that you can tell it's there but I didn't really have a distinct taste. After a couple days use I started to feel the regular effectiveness and have also noticed less bloating. I feel much better in the afternoon ls, less fatigued feeling.

I have an autoimmune disorder and I was intrigued when I saw this product on Amazon. Akkermansia muciniphila is said to reduce inflammation , and may improve gut health . There are other purported benefits, but I suggest you do your own research.I haven’t been using this Akkermansia muciniphila probiotic long enough to say if it is helping me.The instructions are to take it with 8 ounces of water , at least 1 or 2 hours before or after eating,probably so that it will encounter less acidic conditions in our stomachs as it is digested. I’ve encountered this type of direction with some other probiotics ; I think this is one of the reasons that probiotics are often provided in (more expensive) acid-resistant, delayed-release capsules.I don’t generally eat at night, so the easiest thing for me is to take probiotics like this one an hour or two after dinner. I really like taking the stuff after any kind of anti bio tics. It has helped my gut feel better after. It does not smell great but definitely doesn’t taste anything like it smells, it really doesn’t have a super strong flavor I found it easier to mix with a small glass of water and take it down really fast. Overall very happy with this product and will continue to take it

Reviewed : Dec 17, 2024For me, the taste is pretty hard to like when I tried mixing it in water.Once I mixed it in with something else it was easier for me to take.It is designed to boost your gut biome, which in turn the doctors say boosts your overall immunity. My guess is that my gut enjoys this bacteria because my bowl movements have been great. I'm in a weird situation where I love spicy food, but my gut does not. This has def improved my bowl movements. I mix this into my coffee with hazelnut creamer. Goes down easy.
