SR SUNTOUR NCX Suspension Seatpost SP12/SP25 - 350mm

I'm using this seat post in my Concord E-Bike which is fully rigid (no active suspension) and while it rode alright with the stock seat post, it was always uncomfortable to go over bumps and rocks, even the smallest of pebbles. It was quite a jarring difference, coming from my previous main commuter which was a cheap full suspension mountain bike. I knew after 1 ride on my E-Bike that I absolutely NEEDED a suspension seat post. The ride with this seat post in comparison to without it is absolutely night and day. It COMPLETELY eliminates any harshness you get from going over small rocks and bumps and softens jumps off and over curbs. Super easy installation, you just take your saddle off your old post and put it on this one, then slide the post into your frame. The only setup required is setting the preload, which can be a little annoying to deal with since the adjustment can only be done from the bottom of the post, meaning you have to take it out every time to change it, but the pre-load is something you're supposed to set and forget. I'm 5'11 170lbs and right out of the box the preload was almost perfect for me, but I did adjust it to make it slightly stiffer. I cannot stress how much more comfortable it is to have one of these. It may seem a little pricey if you're not too familiar with bike parts, but I can assure you it is 100% worth it. Many people consider this specific make and model one of the best value suspension seat posts for casual to intermediate biking. There are many more expensive options, but I simply use this for my everyday commute to work and didn't want to break the bank, so this was the one for me. Don't cheap out and get some no name $40 post, get one of these instead.

I put this on my Mooncool TK Pro trike. It had front suspension but solid rear chassis. I’m 170 pounds and this seat post does an amazing job of cushioning the ride.

Good fit on bike. I'm 195 pounds and the standard spring is fine. I got a cheaper one from a different manufacturer that fell apart. This one has better design and QC.

Funciona perfecto

I brought my Zizzo folding beach bike with me when I moved out to the middle of nowhere with no paved roads and the ride was rough, to say the least. After installing the Suntour Suspension Seatpost my bike is now a pleasure to ride, even on less than ideal gravel roads.

Never used a suspension seat post before and the moment I sat on it there was a wide smile on my face I have just found a way to ride the bike like a harley tourer,smooth as butter,wished I knew about it earlier 😀
