I really like these heel inserts. They are soft and feel good in my shoes. Better than the one I bought at the chiropractor. Love them.

I absolutely love them, my physical therapist told me about em and I actually wished I had more for my other shoes it keeps my foot up and comfortable. Due to this stroke with out em my knee was hyperextending… now not so much really helping me with my walking

They definitely help keep the the pressure off of my heel. A world of difference.

These heel lifts are perfect! They’re narrower than others I ordered and had to return because they didn’t fit in my shoes. I bought these to even up my shoe height with an orthopedic walking boot I have to wear in my other leg for 6 weeks.

The top liner came off in a month.

The heels of my insoles always seem to flatten out and these are the perfect solution. I put them under the insoles in my tennis shoes and they are much more comfortable. I've ordered 3 pairs now.
