SD card not included customer service is email only
Update: they did get back to me via email —very quickly (the same day)! And this is how to fix the “please insert TF card” message:Kindly format the SD card from the camera. Please push the OK button and immediately push the MODE button. Push the UP/DOWN arrow keys to select SETUP and then push OK. Please use the UP/DOWN arrow keys again to locate FORMAT and select OK and format the SD card.I did all this and it worked and is now recording. 🙏🏻 Praise Jesus. I hate technology.——————-I’m a bit disappointed. First the thing doesn’t come with an SD card. So I installed it then figured out that I can’t record anything. So back to Amazon to order an SD card. I ordered an SDcard (and apparently the thing is picky and you have to get a specific SD card, I read through the q&a and purchased the one that wheel witness said to get (Samsung 64GB EVO Plus Class 10 Micro SDXC with Adapter 80mb/s (MB-MC64DA). A few days later I get the SD card and plug it in the unit. It won’t let me record anything and gives me an error message “please insert TF card.” Wtf is a TF card? So I find sometime to search the manual, comments and wheelwitness website—waste of time. nothing helpful. So I find some time to call during the weekday when my two kids aren’t around and it’s business hours-hard to do since I’m busy with a full time job during the week. I go to website to find a customer service # and there isn’t one. There’s an email option. Soo have find my order # and fill out this form and send it off. I’m waiting now. I’ve had this thing for several weeks and it’s just hanging out doing nothing stuck to my windshield. I bought this bc it’s supposed to be so easy “plug & play” but it’s not. If I don’t hear back from them in a few days I have to send it back before it’s too late to get a return from amazon. I will edit once I hear back. If I hear back. Disappointed this has not been as easy as I was expecting.

This is the dash cam you need when sharing the road with all those unsafe drivers
I wanted to buy a dash cam to give me a bit of visual insurance when sharing the road with all the unsafe drivers out there. I researched a lot of dash cams, but decided that the WheelWitness HD Pro Plus gave me the most value. It's small and very unobtrusive, but the small screen is easy to see and extremely clear during the day, in low light, or at night. I've tried their suggested smartphone app and GPS viewer app for my PC, and they both work very well, providing a much larger viewing format and the ability to review and save video files with embedded GPS metadata. The high resolution of this dash cam becomes obvious when you view your video files on a smartphone or PC.Installation in my car was easy, the most challenging part being the routing of the power cable. There were a couple of issues during setup. The cam wouldn't initially read my SanDisk High Endurance 64 GB micro SD card, giving me repeated memory errors. I was finally able to reformat the card, and everything worked fine. Also, the cam comes with a 2-port DC adapter for your car, with outputs of 1.0 amp and 2.1 amps. The instructions don't say which port to use, but since the battery rating listed on the back of the cam housing read 1.0 amp, I used that port and the cam works fine and seems to stay fully charged during operation. All in all, this is an outstanding dash cam for the money.

Received either a used/refurbished unit - or bad packaging.
The first thing I noticed when opening the product is that the packaging wasn't sealed - not the shipping package, but the product packaging itself. Opening the box I noticed scratches on the main display screen right away - I thought it was one of those plastic covers at first, but it wasn't. The lens on the front did have a plastic film over it however. On top of that, a dual USB charger was supposed to be included and I just realized now that I never received one - it wasn't an issue for me because I had previously purchased one for my new phone, but just beware. When setting up the device for the first time it didn't want to accept the SD card initially, but holding down the menu button eventually allowed me to bypass the error and format the card, which seems to have fixed that issue.Another issue is that they recommend the Android app FinalCam for this device, but complaints of that app not finding the camera was exactly the same issue I found - the app apparently had some changes done at some point and will no longer recognize this camera. Disabling cellular data and bluetooth did nothing to fix this. This was one of the main reasons I wanted this particular dashcam, but now I have to find another app for my smartphone and hope it works - or find another dashcam.Other than the above issues, the device appears to basically be what was advertised...--UPDATE--Never was able to get ANY software to allow this to connect to my phone, so have been looking for a new dashcam. This is a bit sad, as the video quality of this cam and the features are actually pretty good - just issues with quality control when it comes to packaging and having an app that is compatible with smartphones.
