I love this mat and have been using it for over two years now with use almost everyday in a hot yoga studio. If I am taking a non heated class I have to spray it with water to help my hands and feet from slipping. It has lasted with no apparent wear.

I was so excited use this mat for my hot yoga class, but I couldn't have been more disappointed. This mat is nowhere near non-slip. Thought the idea is great to combine a mat and towel in one, the towel is much more slippery than regular yoga mats alone or with a hot yoga towel. My hands and feet were slipping like crazy. I tried to use a yoga towel in top, but it slipped even more. I ended up having to place the mat upside down with a yoga towel on top. For me, this is unusable. On the upside, it comes with a carrying strap and bag, which are both nice. Sadly, however, I'll be returning it. I was surprised the the other 5 star reviews (which contributed to my purchase), as I can't imaging other real users would find this non-slip.

Great mat. It is slippery if it's dry but what's it's wet it works well.
