PERFECT!!!
I purchased this from JeffCo and was not disappointed. I came home to find a large rectangular box at my door, which my daughter helped me carry in. The box was unmarked, so I wasn't sure what it was. I brought it to my room to open, and there was my daughter's beautiful Christmas present!!! She had no idea, and neither did I. I was so thankful for how they packaged this product! The Guitar: Is gorgeous! My girl is a peace sign fanatic and I almost fell over when I saw this guitar at Encore Music. The price tag was $250.00. It was certainly less expensive through Amazon. The strings are D'Addario steel, not flimsy crappy strings. The sound is extremely impressive, I was shocked at the quality when I strummed it out of the box. The size is perfect for a smaller person or young player (age range 9-??, size range 4 ft--??)Extras: Mine came with a nice canvas zippered gig bag with double back-pack straps. The bag is heavier than the crappy nylon I've gotten with toy guitars that cost almost the same amount of money. It's not hard case, but will help you get it to lessons and back. :)

Great guitar, but misleading description by the seller
The artwork is unique and beautifully executed. The guitar itself feels well-made and sounds great. However, the product description specifically states that it includes a "Piezo electric pickup" under "Specs and Features." This was a key selling point for me. Unfortunately, the guitar I received did not have a pickup. This misinformation caused significant disappointment, especially as this was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was incredibly excited about the unique style of the guitar, but her enthusiasm quickly waned when she discovered the lack of the advertised pickup. The seller attributed the issue to Amazon, but simultaneously refused to take responsibility and even threatened to charge a restocking fee for a return. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. In my opinion, if a product is listed with incorrect specifications, the seller should immediately remove it from sale. Instead, they chose to continue selling the guitar with the inaccurate information.

Great little guitar!!!
I got this guitar for my niece and she LOVES it!!! I am a music teacher, and I was very impressed with the quality of this instrument. It is NOT a toy!!! I could have given it to her out of the box, but I chose to do a little set up on it- I lowered the action at the nut to make fretting in the low positions a little easier. I might have sacrificed a teeny bit of volume, but It was worth it. She'll be able to play F and Bb barre chords all day if she so chooses! lol!!!The intonation is good (meaning it sounds "in tune" when you play all around the neck), the tuners are precise sealed gear high ratio style (meaning they stay in tune), and the fit and finish are top notch. It even has a truss rod for neck adjustments!Buy with confidence, it really is a great little guitar that I would recommend for anyone, either as a starter guitar for a youngster or as a travel/mini guitar for an adult. I had a blast playing it before I gave it to her!

EXCELLENT beginner guitar
I purchased this guitar for my daughter as she wanted to learn to play. I was skeptical at first about a $150 instrument as most guitars in this price range are just glorified toys. This is a true guitar. Out of the box the action and fit were both great. I was truly surprised. Being smaller (a 3/4) it fits my daughter's hands just right - she is 10yrs old. She learned the "G" chord quickly with this instrument as well as some notes from the good ole Mel Bay method. She also loves the Peace symbol and the various Peace words in other languages. It looks very cool.I have played guitar for about 24yrs and wish that my first guitar was as nice as this one. The action, fit, and finish are all great and this is perfect for the beginning musician. Definite five stars from me!!!!!

Luna guitar
This in picture is a very pretty guitar but unless you are accustomed to playing guitars the size of ucilalies it's not a good choice. For anyone who is not familiar with the variety of sizes this will be a great disappointment out of the box of you wanted a full size guitar. It isn't even close to full size. A 5 year old would best fit the size but the design is so lovely I think it be lost to a 5 year old. Refunding was very simple and vertualy pain free. Thanks to amazons refund policies. I was able to buy a full size guitar and was very pleased with the price and speed of shipping on both guitars.

One heck of a decent guitar for the money.
Just got the guitar via UPS and it only took me about 5 minutes to get it unpacked, slap my tuner on it and get it to concert pitch. I played it for an hour or so, running bar chords, arpeggios and finger and flat pick strumming. Checked the 12th and 7th string harmonics and they are pretty much spot on. A little smaller than I would like, but this is a good player and projects really well with the medium gauge strings it came with. While I am getting some pitch drift, the strings are brand new and came about 2-1/2 steps down from concert pitch so they will take a day or so to lose their stretch and the bridge pins to wear in before it really holds its pitch. I got the same thing with my dreadnaught and every other acoustic I have ever owned. Not the best guitar I have ever owned but one of the best deals for the money I ever got.All and all I am not going to have to do much tweaking with this guitar. It is pretty well set up. My biggest problem is that I have been playing harp and whistles for quite awhile now and I've let my finger tip calluses go soft on me. It's going to take me a week or two to get the calluses and a bit longer to get the muscle memory for the instrument as it is a bit closer on the fret spacing than my dreadnaught, especially up the neck.
