Tallon 2019 one day to a page A4 diary with leather effect hard back cover and metal corner x 1 single

This diary arrived very quickly, with Royal Mail, and is in perfect condition. It feels lovely, has a whole A4 page for each day except just half a page for Saturday and Sunday. It doesn't have any annoying appointment times wasting page space, but one problem I have with it is that it has a calendar for the whole year wasting space at the bottom of every double page. Surely once is enough, at the front of the diary? It has six blank pages that only say "Notes" at the back, which is wonderful and appreciated, but then it wastes four pages with pre-printed "Accounts", which I will only write over with what I consider to be important. Then it has two blank pages, useful for writing on. The back page is again wasted by being pre-printed with a 2020 Year Planner (it is a 2019 diary). When people are spending extra money on a proper A4 page to a day diary, it means we want space, not for unwanted pre-printed junk taking up valuable space. You can get an A4 diary from the Pound Shop for one pound if you don't mind it having appointment times taking up your page space. Still it is a nice diary, just wanted to say how much unwanted writing taking up valuable space annoys me. I was going to give only four stars just because there is so much space wasted by pre-printed junk I don't want on it, the calendar on every page and the accounts at the back and the 2020 Year Planner, but it doesn't have annoying appointment times and it arrived perfect and was sent by Royal Mail, so I will give it five. One day diary makers might understand that we don't want a lot of pre-printed rubbish that is difficult to write over, especially on an expensive A4 day to a page diary. Please no pre-printed appointment times, accounts, or calendars on every page. This problem is with all diaries, and this is one of the better ones I have seen. Maybe one day I will just get a hardbacked A4 book with enough pages for one for each day with a few left over and spend some time writing in the days myself, so there is no junk pre-writing, just dated pages.

Have now purchased a few of these diaries. They have a page to a day, including the weekends. Paper quality is good as you can write on both sides of one page without a problem.Would recommend for the price.Delivery was free and items arrived in good condition.

bought one, fell to pieces, contacted seller and they where very good with customer service to send another free postage and free of charge, but sadly, this one has falled to pieces as well, its used every day its supposed to be, quality not impressed with, thrown away cant be bothered, but sorry, cheaply made and a nuiscance product for a busy business man.

The diary is very good quality. Better than expected. I got blue colour lively dark blue as per photo. Cover is padded and leather look cover with gold corner edges. Could be wiped clean if anything spilt on it. Pages are fairly thin you can just see writing on other side. Lots of info on first pages. Pages are gold gilted. Pages could do with having narrower lines. Overall beautiful diary. Very impressed.

Received the diary within the scheduled timescale and the product appears suitable for purpose. I have purchased and used this type of diary for more than 50 years. Most of them were purchased during my 34 years working in the USA where the standard of product quality was high, particularly that of the paper used for the pages. However, over the last few years it appears this standard is slowing reducing for those procured within the UK. For this reason I have awarded the product 4 STARS.Regards,Dr A.
