Very complete for all repair problems. Print is just a little small so wear your glasses. I used it so far and all the infomation seems correct.

I was very happy with this book. All the pages were in great shape and readable. My husband says it was as good as buying new but the price was right and it might as well have been new, very happy with this purchase.

I have found that all chilton's repair manuals are ok for general stuff. They help point you in the right direction. Some people may get lost in a project if they do not have general knowledge of what to do. I like following a list of what to do on big projects. I bought this to assist with pulling the engine and replacing gaskets and timing belt on the engine. The maual did not give any directions on sropping the cradle. This is how the Toyota manual would have instructed to pull the engine. Haynes must have considered that none of their readers were going to be using a lift. The manual also put things in groups of 2 or 3 things to do with little direction. I believe it is helpful for a reference. I found everything I needed apart from the manual on the internet for free. The important thing when you are doing a job on a car is to write eveything down, label, and/ot take pictures. Don't wait too long to put things back together, you may forget where they go. And finally, use common sense. Be safe.

If you like to take your vehicle to a dealer or other garage anytime something goes wrong, this book is not for you. If you're a do-it-yourselfer who's at least slightly mechanically inclined, the Haynes manual is a must! Owner's manuals are for information and maintenance only. If you want a true repair manual, get a Haynes. Whenever we acquire a vehicle, it's the first thing we buy for the vehicle. Over the years, Haynes repair manuals have saved us thousands of dollars by giving us the information we need to repair our own vehicles.

What I don't understand is why a book like this is not included with your car? Purchased a used 92 Camry, did quite a bit of work to it. This book has already paid for itself 100 times over. Unfortunately, the car is so old that most diagnostics tools are no longer available making this manual even more valuable with it's diagnostic tips and hints.Good do it yourself book, definitely recommend having at least this book, if not this book and the other guys books as well.

Purchased from BookHouseUSA. Very handy book to have for DIY repairs. It still does not have step by step deirections for a novice or amateur to be able to do certain things like change the timing belt or rear brake drums. You defeinitely have to have mechanical repair skills and knowledge and a lot of sense to be able to do the work.
