Such a good deal for the really cute Teal bike. Daughter really loved the unique color of tires on brown. Fit my 6 year old perfectly. Easily adjustable. Wheels are straight. Functions properly

The bike was packaged well and went together easily. The needed tools were supplied. The hardest part was snapping the basket into place. It's a pretty bike. We have not yet given it to the seven-year-old young lady who will receive it, so we don't know how she will react. Everything seemed to be as advertised and high quality construction.

Easy to assemble. Right size for my 3 year old boy. He used to ride balance bike but I think it is time to transfer to bicycle. He likes it so much and literally use it everyday. Great value.

I have been in a solveable altercation with this company for past week .For starters, i purchased a 12inch for my daughter, it arrived and by the time her birthday came we unpacked it and set to ride . I assumed everything was proper and the looks of the bike were beautiful then next thing I know my 3 yr old is nearly falling off the bike and tilting to the side . Mind you, it has training wheels so I’M fearful because this is a brand new bike . I inspect and also noticed the seat is refusing to lock whilst swiveling side to side . I did all I could to tighten it and it failed. Whenever I’d touch up tightening the training wheels, the continued to loosen as well. I also noticed there was a crack in the chain casing of this brand new bike . I was highly upset .I called the company in regards to having the problem resolved . I was told to ship the bike back and since the box was thrown out, I’d be reimbursed $15 for purchasing another box and a relacement bike would be sent to me . Sounded easy.The next day I shipped the bike and immediately called again to do as instructed per the customer agent and I kept the box receipt. When I got hold of another agent , they said there was nothing they could do in regards to the box refund. This infuriated me because I paid for a $15 box for a dysfunctional bike AFTER I was told I’d be accommodated for purchasing the box . I continued to express the conversation I and the agent before had to press the issue. A supervisor then got on the phone and stated I’d receive an Amazon credit of $15 after an hour of the phone call. I stated great and that was the end of conversation .Later on, the credit was never received . I messaged seller and at 1rst they began to avoid the box issue then finalized I wouldnt receive the refund. I was highly upset and disappointed in the way this company conducts business . I decided to return the replacement as well as purchase from another seller . There is no way I should feel unsafe with my 3 yr old riding a bike with training wheels and going through hassle of $15 reimbursement for box replacement . Unhappy with this company.
