Not alloy steel. PLASTIC
Disappointing. I took a gamble on this non reviewed item and regretted it. some parts of the treadmill are well made while crucial parts inside are made of thin plastic. Material listed is alloy steel. Which is not what the whole thing is made of. Also notable that the seller makes the return difficult because you have to request a return and then they didn’t respond to my request until I got Amazon Customer care involved. They did get my money back to me quick after that but all in all it was a waste of time. Overall it’s completely unusable if a plastic wheel inside is broken and the likelihood of it seems really high to me personally. so I’m giving it one star. Seems like poorly manufactured or something. Hopefully they start making the internal parts metal too.
