Easy set up
Came 3 weeks early, was very easy to set up.

Do not buy
HORRIBLE! Instructions are not clear. The netting around trampoline is terrible and very loose. It attaches on the outside of the trampoline mat so little feet can still slide under the mat. Missing screws.

Missing spring
It would have a higher rating but the trampoline was missing a spring and we had to order replacement springs.

Product and Customer Service is BEST IN CLASS!!
We purchased a 12 foot trampoline with the enclosure net and basketball hoop add-on last year and have been very pleased with it. The assembly was relatively easy with 2 people. You'll need someone with a little strength to help attach the springs but other than that, it was assembled in about 1-2 hours.Our 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son really enjoy jumping on the trampoline - and let me tell you - we really enjoy watching them because they sleep better at night!

Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. When we got all the parts out, one of the T-connectors was missing. I contacted the company and they addressed the situation almost immediately with a clear understanding of my problem and a plan to correct it. They had the missing part to us in less time than they had specified. And an extra one along with it! The product is well built and durable. The kids love it. What a wonderful company. They care about what they do and how you feel about it. Thank y'all!
