Whats percent retinol does this product contain?

I don't have the packaging and the list of ingredients on the product does not give %ages, but Retinol is fairly high up the list which should be in decreasing order of % content.

You're not going to find a topical product that can achieve this, unfortunately. Maybe find a aesthetician who offers radio frequency and plasma fibroblast - they would be able to talk you through what's possible.

Can I add extra tretinoin to this lotion?

There would be no point, tretinoin is more powerful than retionol. Mixing the two could end up with both of them being less effective. It would be better to get a normal moisturiser to mix with tretinoin instead.
