Great Tv and very pleased

The TV works perfectly fine and everything with it is as expected. However I marked this order as a gift and it arrived as a 2nd hand item. Box and security tags broken and bags and cables mixed. It looked as new, but the unpackaging was unpleasant to see

On YouTube is freezing, after couple of minutes still blocked .... on app, also on appsore takes a while to search something, same problem keeps freezing ..... not happy at all, thinking to get refund.

I bought this TV to exclusively play games on Xbox One X in 4K60fps HDR as the TV has been advertised as tv also for games."Packed full of features, this TV lets you enjoy a smarter TV experience with smooth, intuitive access to an exciting world of apps, games, movies, Internet videos and more."Unfortunately, tv has serious issue with noticeable ghosting in fast-paced scenes in games on Xbox One X due to slow response times of display panel. Some very fast-paced scenes in 4K60fps looks blurry and more like 720p30fps what is very disappointing.I did not test any other features.For people looking for good large display exclusively for gaming on XOX I would recommend to buy large monitor for higher price as alternative.

I use this for my pc and honestly for the money I think it looks great, if you're expecting top of the range then buy top of the range but you're not gonna get much better if any better for the price. I'm very happy with it. I'd advise tweaking your video settings to increase colour vibrancy etc after a little calibration it looks very nice.

Good quality and great size.

I had to return the TV after I ran into couple of problems like - 'YouTube application freezing' every now and then (other apps did had same problem, but not as much as youtube) . When it does freeze, I could access nothing , it's like using a windows 10 on 10 year old pc. I had to restart the TV and try again.And their app store is a joke.Don't get me started on volume level. I had to keep it at 70+ all the time.Good thing about TV was the picture quality. It was as expected for this price range.And the WiFi connectivity on the television was good. My new TV (Toshiba struggles a lot with wifi)I would recommend this TV, if you are not planning on using smart apps that comes with tv, not expecting a decent sound levels from inbuilt speakers and Only buying it for watching 4k content.
