Not suitable for the dishwasher, however since they clean so easily I don't find this an issue. Excellent quality, will be buying for the family

The Mermaid Cookware is excellent quality. Because its made of hard anodised aluminium, its really hard. This means that it doesn't scratch easily and whilst it doesn't have a non-stick coating, things don't tend to stick to it if you follow basic principles of lightly oiling the surface. I'm realy impressed with these products. it costs more than thin tins coated with non-stick, but it won't peal and if you treat it well it will last a long time. I think its well worth the money and its better for the environment because you won't need to throw it away! I've now bought the full range. Things also cook more evenly because of sturdy construction which reduces warping and hot spots etc.

The media could not be loaded. I was delighted to be able to purchase recently during my holiday to the UK from Brazil another Mermaid baking tray. As in previous occasions I've followed the "care and use" instructions on your information leaflet to the letter, but this time the results were completely desastres. The surface of the tray is sticky and unusable, whereas my old baking trays are still usable and in perfect satisfactory conditions after many years of use.

We own a number of these in different sizes after being recommended them by a grandparent who has been using them for decades. They are excellent quality, hard-wearing and easy to clean (a definite plus when your ability to burn things is as prolific as mine!)

Threw out a lot of older rusty, warped or flaky ovenware. Did some research and found this product. Bought one tray to see how it performed first.Holds heat very well, may need to check on earlier than normal compared to other trays used.Hasn’t warped but early days.What I would say (as I tried differently with another tray I bough later) is be sparing with the oil when seasoning otherwise you’ll bake in brown oil stains.I used vegetable oil and poured a small 5-10 pence sized amount on a paper towel then rubbed across while working surface. Don’t use more. When I did this I didn’t spoil the surface. That being said even on tray I did put too much oil on, other than aesthetics, didn’t affect non stick properties.In short, good non stick properties post seasoning, holds heat well, hasn’t warped. Pleased with purchase so far

Absolutely fantastic for roast potatoes and simple to clean afterwards

Bought this for my son.I have these trays at home and decided to buy this for my son. They are a bit pricey but well worth the money. They will last for years.Well made and will stand up to lots of use.If you are going to buy an oven tray, buy this one!
