Loved the plug and play aspect of the install, simple enough for a caveman to... never mind. Love it, and lots of compliments on how good it sounds. I paired it up with a Sony XAV-AX5000 which is also a plug and play solution for a 2017 Road Glide special

Installed this on my 2019 street glide and love it. a little bit of research helps with the install. But is working perfectly.

I have a 2016 CVO Limited and this kit doesn't fit with the power lock actuator. I called RF and the tech tried to tell me that it does fit the CVOs that already have speakers in the lids. BS! Why would anyone pay an extra $200 to get the templates that they don't need? I didn't find out that it doesn't fit until I had a big hole cut into my lid. My choices were to remove the electric locks, or make it fit. It took four hours of cutting, grinding and cussing to get the first one to fit. The second one took another two hours. The system sounds great, except for the lack of bass, but isn't worth the frustration of making it fit my bike.

Great system. It fit into my 2019 Road Glide perfectly. It’s really loud....it could use a little more Bass but you can definitely hear it.

Great system. Big improvement over stock. Haven’t had my radio flashed yet so the most I can turn up the gain on the amp is about 1/4 of the way before I start getting noise from the speakers.

I bought this whole system. JUNK They dont tell you there is no remote wire inside the bike. So your AMP runs 100% of the time. Also Rockford's Chinese developers didn't use a Harley radio when they designed the system. So its not compatible with the Harley Boom radio. They do tell you that you have to have the radio flashed, that is recommended. But the video on youtube is misleading. LAST BUT NOT LEAST! Everytime the bike is turned on the speaker make 2 hard popping sounds. Rockford again blames Harley and not themselves for this. If Rockford had put a little more effort into this system it would work a lot better. Sounds great though but not worth the money.

GENUINELY CONFUSED BY ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS. This system is amazing. Call Rockford Fosgate and ask them who on your area can Flash the Harley radio...even better if you have them install it.
