Brilliant and extremely handy
Everyone should have these they are brilliant. Originally bought these for my son when he went skiing to Austria by coach. We now keep them in the car for emergencies. Not only are they handy for sick bags but if you get caught short for a wee they are a godsend!! Would highly recommend them for all types of travel. Wouldn't travel without them.

Worth the money.
These really do work - the only snag is the price. You need to read the instructions beforehand as the top needs to be ripped off first, which you don't want to find out in an emergency. The seal works well and the fluid is quickly absorbed. These are a great product and I have bought them several times.

Great idea, but
Well, I bought these a while ago, they seem like a marvellous idea. I used them for the first time on Sunday. I had to rush home from work as I new I was coming down with something.I'm being quite honest here, as nobody likes to talk about *this* sort of illness.I am 100% confident they would be 'enough' for small bouts of sickness, as stated, travel sickness, that sort of thing. However, I found out all too late, that they are not big enough to cope with something like norovirus, with projectile, or large quantities. To be honest - the bag was jettisoned out of my hand across the bathroom floor. This is going to seem like one of those comedy reviews, but it's not. You'll still need something more substantial for 'illness' scenarios, but for normal travel sickness, that sort of event, these bags will be great. It opened easily, quickly, and the stuff inside that makes *your* stuff gel, is in an inner pouch, so it can't spill out.I will definitely keep carrying them around in the car, and for when I'm sick in a more minor way with migraine.Good product, but don't overestimate it's capacity. xxx

Lifesaver when traveling with children
All TravelJohn products are good quality, and although they are not cheap, you get what you pay for and these can really be relied on. I keep thee in the car when traveling with small children and I can't even count how many times they were a lifesaver.

Worked perfectly for my travel sick toddler
Fortunately on our 3-4 hour journey we didn't need this on the way, but our return journey we did. Worked perfectly for our almost 3 year old to hold and aim inside. Made a change from having to clean her down and all of the inside of the car too. Was easy to rip open and easy to fold up afterwards

For emergencies....better to be prepared than not
Good items to leave in the car glove compartment for use in emergencies (e.g. M25 car park or pregnant ladies on long trips).Although these are marketed as vomit bags the instructions also say they can be used as pee bags; great, two for one product. The bags expand as you pee and you will be worried you will overflow it but don't worry guys it can hold a lot of liquid. The crystals inside soak up the pee/vomit and I can confirm there are no odours.Once you (or your passenger) have done your business there is a handy sticky seal at the top so you definitely won't get any spillage. Much better than a simple paper bag.

Not very discrete
I suffer from vertigo and wanted a vomit bag for the occasions when a vomit attack come on in a public place. Unfortunately these are bright yellow and will draw as much attention as the vomiting!! so not fit for purpose for my need. However that said they appear to be well made and look like they will do the intended job well, (as long as discrete is not a requirement).

Not Just For Camping
First saw TJ's on Dragon's Den and thought they'd be a good idea for my particular medical needs, have used them ever since. They save having to find accessible loos and are easily disposed of.
