For the SOS Mobile Device, there is an option to add fall detection or bundle it with an In-home system, which would increase the monthly cost. The device is IP67 water-resistance, so wearing it in the shower is fine. We do advise that it should not be sitting under running water for long periods of time. The device should never be submerged under the water (i.e. baths, pool). To dry, simply pat dry with a towel.
