Airplane
It's too bad there aren't more airplane sounds, like the pilot talking. There is a song that is very annoying after you hear it the first time and you can't avoid it every time you press one button to hear the pilot, the song comes right on again......which seems like forever .

It's a great little toy and we've had a lot of fun ...
I bought this for my sons 2nd birthday and he loves it. It only has 2 little people and the orange suitcase thing but there's other more expensive options that come with more little people. This one was prefect for my son though since we already had some little people. The airplane seats 3 passengers plus the pilot, the pilot seat and the front 2 passenger seats play music when the little people are placed in it. The on/off switch is on the belly of the airplane which was handy for me because my son didn't know it played music for a while and didn't drive me crazy with the same tunes over and over. It's a great little toy and we've had a lot of fun using it, even after 2 months it's still easily one of his favorites.

Cute with horrible music.
The plane is so cute, but oh my is the music horrendous- loud teeny bopper music. Why do we need whiny pop music pipping into our preschooler's ears? They grow up so fast and get plenty of exposure to that type of music. If music really is a must, why not something upbeat and classical? There is a video in the regular packaging version of this toy that plays the music and has a sampling of the seat sounds.Unlike in the video, the seat sounds and music can't play simultaneously. Also, while the description says there is a handle, I can't find it either in the picture or on my plane. I know that it used to have a handle on it, but this one does not (unless you count the plastic strip between the cabin and the cock-pit as a handle.

Ready to Board!
There is something nostalgic about any Fisher Price toy in my household- I had great memories of my Little People Toys and now we are making memories with children of our own! This is a great toy and my 2 year old son absolutely loves it. The plane is study and well built. My son routinely packs every available Little People character we have (Batman? Check! Green Lantern? Yep! Pilot? You betcha!) and then leans on the plane and pushes it around the house. The plane itself comes with a pilot, passenger and luggage. You will have to snap at least one wing into place once it is out of the box. We chose the frustration free packaging and it was easy to assemble, though be sure to really listen for the full snap when you put the wing on. The song is cute and there is a switch on the bottom of the plane so you can turn off the music function (you will want to on occasion!), My only complaint is that I wish the switch came with a setting for off, low, and high volumes. Great toy!

Wish I never bought it.
Dear Fisher-Price - WHY must you change a classic toy into an obnoxious boombox? This plane may look cute with its little cargo and adorable people but the audio is HORRIBLE. I never turn it on because the music it plays is awful and SO LOUD. There is no volume, only on or off. What I really don't understand is why the plane plays a pop song when you push it instead of, I dunno, the sound of jets you normally hear on an airplane?Seriously, it wasn't broken, why did you try to "fix" it?Sincerely - annoyed MotherParents - don't buy it. Just don't. You'll want to throw it into the street on garbage day and pay the garbage truck to run over it multiple times.

Two Stewardesses Sent and No Pilot
I bought the Little Movers airplane to give to my 3 year old nephew for Christmas, so imagine my surprise when I opened the packaging to see two girl Little People, instead of the pilot and girl, as shown in the item pictures. Very disappointed, as now, with it being days away from Christmas, I am without a Christmas gift for him. At least my daughter seems to like it. However, if I had intended on getting it for her, I would have gotten her the pink plane.

Toddler approved, hours of fun :)
Toddler approved. My daughter has loved playing with this for the past 6 months and when older kids come over, they all love playing with it too. I like that it has sounds and the switch to turn if off.
