Quality
I opted for this staircase because of the non slip steps. It was delivered on time however when I unpacked the package sadly there was as many as 10 places were there was slight damage or knots had dropped out and they were all repaired with wood filler some of them not very well. I chose to carry out further repairs myself and keep the staircase. It was too difficult and too heavy to return. I also accept that pine is a soft wood.
