Fantastic
Perfect.. I had my upper lip done 2 days back and still this could pull out tiniest of hair. Yet to use other attachments but this is fit for my purpose… also did my entire face even side cheeks, worked great

Ok for some hair but generally a little disappointing
I have suffered with excess facial hair for a few years and it is a result of a medical condition I have. I bought this product because I know the brand name and thought it would give better results than an unknown brand. It was delivered today. Can’t fault the delivery or packaging - top quality as always. I used the facial epilator for the first time today and I have to say I was underwhelmed. Whilst it managed to remove some of the hairs, it failed to get the majority leaving me to have to pluck them out with tweezers. I don’t feel it had enough power being battery operated. I tried some of the other heads just to see what they did. The massage head is a nice feature and you can select which direction you want the device to rotate.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend getting this is you have thicker, darker hairs but it would probably do ok for fine, light coloured downy hairs.

Not as efficient as the Braun facial epilator
I bought this as my original Braun was playing up - it is old!Anyway, I noticed that it was no where near as efficient as the Braun and left quite a few hairs that the Braun would have easily removed. I think it is ok for very soft hair, but was not capable of removing the harsher ones.So I have now ordered another Braun, which although more expensive, does a far better job.

Efficiently does the job!
What an improvement on my previous purchase - the Braun one.The motor runs more efficiently and it does the job. I took out the 3-year cover in case I had a similar experience to the other but already this seems a more effective purchase.

Doesn't work.
Not worth the money, just doesn't do the intended job. Would return but the box was so damaged I discarded it so unable to return.

The only relativelly good function is the brush one, do not bother if you are looking for a good face epilatorAlso, the massage fuction is rather unconfortabe
