Love this stuff
Love this stuff! I take it twice a day, at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm (have to set the alarm on my phone to remind me ;). I know a lot of those Garcinia products say to take it 30 minutes before a meal but I could never remember to take them so the schedule thing works best for me. It has really helped with my cravings and my appetite control. I don't feel as hungry as I did before I started taking it. I've lost 20 pounds so far (have about 12 to go). I'm also keeping track of my food intake on my Lose-it app and making better choices. I think the Garcinia has helped me stick to it. It really hasn't been a stuggle to lose the weight so far because I'm not hungry all the time. I've tried a few different ones and I like this one the best! I told my mom about it and she bought some too!

I'm sad it didn't work..I need the energy
Gave me some energy..im disabled and need something to help me with a healthy boost of energy.. This wasn't enough . I took it just like it said on the bottle. Maybe I need to take it longer. I eat very healthy. I'm 136.I have been for years,no matter what I eat I stay the same I can't really work out due to my disability, I do a light routine.. .I only lost two pounds in the month . then I finished the bottle now I'm back to my 136 again. I'm 5 "2.. I wouldn't say it was a waste but I'm not sure if I would buy it all over again. SAD THING IS I was excited couldn't wait.. Doctor said I need to lose a few pounds to be healthy..kinda thought it would be the answer to increasing my energy so I could work out a bit harder.. Well It true there no quick way to loose weight.

These actually worked I lost 50 lbs last year using these. I stopped working out and using them (due to having back surgery and fear of it interfering with my meds) and only gained 30 lbs back but it took a year to gain. I recommend this brand of Garcinia cambogia

Helps suppress appetite and boost weightloss.
I have been taking this for a couple of weeks now. I immediately noticed it helped with cravings and controlling my appetite. I didn't notice any weight loss until the end of the 2nd week. I am tracking calories, and what I eat and running 4-5 times a week, but I do believe this is helping me lose weight faster. I have lost 5 lbs in 9 days. I would normally expect to lose about 2&3 lbs in that time. So it may not be a miracle worker, but I do believe it is giving my efforts a little boost.

Controls my cravings
It controls food craving. Every person has different system so it might not work on you but in my case it really works on me. I don't use this a solution to loose weight. Nothing will replace a proper exercise/workout. My body type is normal/regular, not overweight, not underweight. I'm just using this because I'm always craving for food specially high-calorie, carb foods.

Took for one month. I didn't lose weight but i did seem to lose my belly a bit, like it's not so pregnant looking anymore. Trying a different brand to see if i get better results.

not as effective in tablet form than in capsules.
Received the garcinia within a couple of days. Took it until completed but did not see much effect. The pills were tablets not capsules and I think capsules are more efficient. Although I didn't really lose weight, I didn't go up either so I guess my weight was just maintain.

SCAM!
Doesn't work. Don't believe the hype. I took for a month and had no results. It's a placebo effect. I'm 5'2 26 years old and weigh 139. I wanted to lose 5 to 10 pounds. This did nothing for me even with exercise and cutting back on food. I give it two stars because they did refund my money no hassel and did not make me go through the trouble if returning.
