2-HOUR INFOMERCIAL
It starts as a fairly interesting documentary about the energy field of the human body and the planet. Then about 1 hour into the film it shifts gears and becomes a blatant infomercial for One Light Healing Touch (International Energy Healing and Mystery School). Their website offers classes if you want to become a practitioner (Basic Training tuition $3,200-3,600; and that's just the beginning) or treatment sessions with one of their practitioners ($200 per hour for a session with Ron Lavin himself). Even if you think their healing modalities are valid, watch with both hands firmly on your wallet.

The first hour or so seemed interesting
But then things took a turn for the worse when it started to become an advertisement. I am really curious in this subject and want to believe it to be true, but in the end it always tuns into some kind of hooplah and someone trying to sell me something. If you really had a gift to heal people why would you profit for them in such an exuberant way? How does someone heal a hernia with a silver thread they dreamed about? And why would practicing tai chi for 2 months cause your respiratory rate to fall to 7 BPM (normal is 10-20). That's an extraordinary claim with no backing. If someones RR was 7 BPM in the hospital a code would be called. So many questions left unanswered...

Awesome scientific validation!
I have known about energy work/healing for so long. In fact, my mother (psychologist) meld western approaches with several old Asian ones in her practice many years ago. Since that time, I have witnessed "miraculous" results with he clients, including myself. Then, I got trained to follow her lead. I've helped dozens and dozens of family members, friends and their friends since then.It is true energy work delivers healing of the soul, mind, and body. Although the number of people willing to give it "the benefit of the doubt", hence try it, has been growing enormously, this should be known by everyone. However, too many other people, considered hocus pocus, another new age thing that will be replaced with something newer, something better. Maybe, but it will have to remain in the same field of energy to work because healing with energy is nothing less than addressing a vital part of all lives. A part that has been ignored for so long in the western world. Energy work is not an alternative, it is a direct and fast way to address issues that are not in the realm of trauma, old chronic or viral diseases that require the aid of traditional medicine, such as surgery and chemical help.What I find of extreme value with this documentary, is that it presents evidence coming from the scientific realm that scrutinized this approach and analyzed it scientifically and found it really address physical and mental needs and in an effective, fast and without collateral consequences. Today, I know so many professionals added energy work to their licensed practice. 30 years ago, a client would step away from that professional, thinking "this Dr is not in his right mind". I am grateful to these scientists for their contribution to bring this important aspect of life to the light. Everyone should watch this codumentary.

Beware, don't toss out modern medicine
While alternate healing methods may be helpful or even curative for some, the science of modern medicine indeed saves lives of all ages. Treatments such as Bells did not work for the Black Plague that wiped out 60% of the population of Europe. Statistics on Polio are sobering as well. Use your common sense and do your research.

Useful and resourceful
If nothing else, this movie provides a lot of different references to the various modalities of healing within the energy realm or field. I kept pausing and researching the different methods mentioned and am now inundated with more information to study... and I appreciate it. I would recommend this movie as a good starting and reference point --Peace.

Inspirational
For me, watching this documentary gave me feelings of hope and confidence. I have worked with the energy around bodies for 30 year and more. Even though I became a Reiki master, I went back to working with auras and pulling disease from bodies. I received validation from those I worked on but was snickered by my scientific minded family. This documentary renewed my interest by giving me scientific validation. Thank you.Marcy

Beautiful but dangerously misguiding
I love believing in non-invasive lifestyle approaches to PREVENT medical conditions. Nonetheless, this video contains pseudoscience that is promoting able to "treat, diagnose and cure" diseases. Look, if you have diabetes, you only need a great healthy diet, exercise and keep your medications. Please, DO NOT believe energy will "cure" or treat your medical condition. Nonetheless, if you are using "the energy" as a complimentary addendum to your diet, exercise and medications... then YES :D it would definitely help you LOTS.
